几天前一个朋友介绍的Buyer Agent（华人）带着去看了2套房子
看完后他主动说如果用他可以从他的commission中给1.5%的rebate
他说他一年一般成5、6单
我看他水平一般的样子，人还满热情。
大家说说看，buyer agent的经验有多重要。
我看版上说一般华人buyer agent rebate最少1.5%。
如果我用他的话，能否要求给多一点rebate （2%或1.75%什么的）
房价大概在400k左右。
另外他可以做loan，如果让其它人做loan需要额外付钱么？

commission一般就是2.5%，不会给你超过一半的。

新出道Agent出来抢生意时，有可能push到只收1%。一年五六单成交量的话，应该还算
是新人level。
再高rebate的话，那个不是在做生意，而是hobby。

Most commission is 2.5%. If this agent has split with the real estate
company, his net commission might be 50-80% of the 2.5%.
Depending on market, rate, lock days, down payment, FICO score, impound
account or not, lender might give out some rebate to cover some lending fee
.

如果你愿意拿较高的利率，所有的closing cost都可以帮你cover掉。
