结论就是ARM是王道，什么30年，15年都是银行用来骗钱的。

to go up. Lock low rate using 15, 30 years fix. What is benefit of ARM?

Fed said it won't go up for next two years. Fed will say that again in 2014,
and again in 2016. US is looking more and more like Japan. Short term rate will be
zero for very long period, like 20 years at least.

美国的政策还是有延续性。经济不好转，低利率政策还是会延续的。
这个政策布核心时代就开始了，奥核心不过是延续布核心的政策而已。
经济好转了，利率自然会上升。
