This house has been on market for a while. Elementary school/high school are
very good. I like the huge backyard, however, swiming pool and the stairs
in family room bothered me. any comments? thanks!

原来downersgrove这个价位能买这么大的房子啊，很漂亮。
不错，游泳池和楼梯不好。
咱这疙瘩冷天多，你这个游泳池用不了几天，没啥用。
既然你考虑到学区，肯定是有孩子，孩子多大了？那个楼梯很危险的。
嗯，不过真的很漂亮。：）

haha, no kids yet but plan to have kids. the stair looks dangerous. don't
know if that is the only stair going to the second floor. if so, we will
pass for sure.
I think the front of the house does not look nice from the pics. The backyard
is really nice though.

楼梯很有格调啊，有游泳池的并不是优点，清理游泳池麻烦死了，而且有孩子还不安全
前两天去一个朋友的朋友那看房，有个非常小的游泳池，房东太太都说要把它填了当花坛

haha, the owner made the house really fancy. there is even a sun room with a
huge hot tub. But we just want a traditional home with good functions.

卧室的感觉是cherry，厨房的看不出来，oak的样子。

呵呵，是呀。楼梯设计真差，那个游泳池还好，毕竟有门关着。主要看到那个后
院流口水。
我们周末就去看看。回头在更新。。。

如果真喜欢实在不行就在楼梯上加点保护措施好了。
后院没觉得有多大啊。
我挺喜欢那个楼梯的，很酷。：）
