我们最近转了家daycare，什么都不错，但是director很糟，管他们要个snack menu，
都要了上十遍了，见了面说，现在就发，转个身什么都不做。典型的 PASSIVE
AGGRESSIVE, 或者故意给我们小鞋穿。姐妹们说值得跟她较劲，或者跟她老板说吗？我
女儿对鸡蛋过敏，原来的daycare，我是要在所有的menu上签字，才可以给她吃。这个

I think the director the core member of a daycare center (even my daugher
knew the director was the "boss" while she didn't call the owner "boss"). It
is difficult to imagine a daycare running well with a director who does not
do her job. If there's a lot issues communicating with the director I would
not send my kids there. Just my 2 cents.

我以前的agent是说如果降低1/4pt以上，可以与lender重新renegotiate，但不保证一
定能降下来 。

应该不会降超过0.25, 不太可能改

其实是可以改的，但是有penalty。除非你送另外一个lender。
