We went to see one house with agent A two weeks ago (no contract), but we
had no chemistry with A. Then we signed a contract with agent B last week.
Now that house price has dropped and we wanted to bid for it. Will there be
any trouble for us for changing agent?

好像行规是和谁去看了房，就不能变了。如果他不找麻烦，还好，如果他找麻烦，比较
头疼。

那就直接下offer吧！

Agree. Even agent B say "no problem", it does not mean "no problem" at all.
There is law and regulation to govern this kind of issue.

当然会有trouble，他们的行会就是保证他们利益最大化的。
所以说绝对不要让你的buyer agent带你看房子，buyer agent唯一的用处是拿rebate的
。你看到合适的房子，自己去找listing agent，不要签任何东西，如果非要签，一定
要强调listing agent是“facilitator"，而不是buyer agent或者dual agent。
