Just curious about the churnability. I'm not sure whether Chase will match
this offer for people getting 40k. If not, this one may be considered new
version of csp.
Any thoughts?

刚拿到一家贷款的资料,付20%down, 15-loan, 3.125% rate, Loan amount $86400,
closing cost: $3467.45

loan amount比较小, 最好直接找银行贷

这个就不清楚了, 主要是通过agent会有commission 的overhead cost. 如果loan
amount太小, 这个overhead cost就很大.

按目前的15年的rate来看的话，挺好的。
也可以去问问看Home equity line是否会更划算。
