准备下offer,agent说看房子时无所谓，但是下Offer 了就需要和他签个合同。其中一
个条款是：
Term. The Term of this Buyer Listing Contract shall begin on 03/10/12, and
shall continue through the earlier of (1) completion of the Purchase of the
Property or Lease of the Property or (2) 09/10/12. Broker shall continue to
assist in the completion of any purchase or lease for which compensation is
payable to Brokerage Firm under § 7 of this Buyer Listing Contract.
是不是说这半年内我只能找他做agent了？我们目前倒是对他印象还好，但还是不想被
限制得太死，以防万一。
