But the 3700 sqft is asking a lower price.
Both are new house in the same community with exactly the same following
things:
The lot size is similar and interior/exterior look similar.
double garage, wood floors, granite countertops, ceramic tile, stainless
steel appliances, maple cabinetry,
The 3700 sqft house even has SPRAY FOAM INSULATION (2700 sqft house does not
have).
But the 3700 sqft house sells $4000 lower in asking price

第一个厨房好太多...看看炒菜的地方, 第二个上面还挂了个微波...最不喜欢这样的,

有可能。LV的包即便尺寸小一号、材料差一点儿，也比Coach的包贵一些。

builder不一样，房子肯定会有差价。但是这个说起来在同一个区里，$/sqft差价大了
些。要是我的话肯定不会挑小房子，将来出手会困难。不过你的agent如果连这个问题
多解答不了，你可以考虑换一个了。
