很是担心。
有什么风险么？延期申请有被拒的么？
还有延期申请没有找我要签名，我的loan broker直接和listing agent 联系办理的。
这样可以么？

loan不是在closing很久以前就应该批了吗？

the loan is not done because some clause in the commitment letter? usually
you should close 30 days within the close date in the contract.

you will need to file an addendum for extension of closing with your agent,
not your loan officer. if you haven't done so, hurry while you still have
time. check with your agent on what will happen if the seller doesn't agree
on the extension by not signing on that addendum while your closing date is
expiring soon and what you will need to do in order to get your EM back if
that happens.

如果是regular sale，延期应该比较容易，如果是short sale/REO的房子，要看银行的
情况了。

我的是shortsale。　我的loan　broker说 " Need to get the short sale approval
letter with new closing date"
我很担心如果过了今天延期还没批，但是过了今天他们说不能延期，是不是ＥＭ就拿不
回来？

For short sale, it is same? or need to request a short sale approval letter
with new closing date instead of an extension form?

银行批复是否延期快么？一天之内能批么？
还是申请延期的要求　交上去就可以了？

这个要看银行，有些快，有些慢，有可能要等两到三天。
