My attorney asked me to send him the inspection report and also state
reasons why I decide not to proceed so that he can use it to talk to the
seller's attorney.
Do I have to provide the inspection report?
Is what he asked reasonable?

If you still have house inspection contigency, any reason (i.e. don't like
orientation, etc) is justified. If you are nice, you could give it to him.
