最近申请了discover, chase freedom, 下个月要出差一段时间，旅馆飞机什么的，就
跳了Chase sapphire preferred。
online没有过，打8772600087，说是要地址证明，上次申请freedom送过一次，但不算
；然后去local branch扫描地址证明，一天后再打8772600087，又说俺的保险公司的
地址证明不行(上次都申请freedom可以)，让补充, 实在不想折腾，改打用电话
8002788830，遇到一个好心的lady，让我水过了。信用分很低（bad to fair rang），
都做好被deny的准备。
其实还想申请1张hotel的cc，不过感觉人品快耗尽了，是时候养养信用分了？求建议！

Hi, we have put an offer for a house, we did home inspection. Radon test
result is 8.4,passing 4.0 EPA standard. The thing is that the seller said
they already have radon mitigation system in the house.This means either
their radon mitigation system does not work, or their Radon was super high
before, even with mitigation system, it still cannot lower it to the
standand level. That would be really unlucky. Shall we ask them to replace
and fix their mitigation system? Will the mitigation system really work? It
is just so hard to buy a house in NY. We really like the house, do not want
to give it up. Thank you for all the information.

我觉得可以要求seller更换rfadon mitigation system，然后再作一次test.

I applied, but didn't get instant approval. It just said they'll notify me.
Then I got phone calls from some non-800 number. As usual, I ignore all
those calls. Only after I heard the message they left two days ago, I
realized the calls were from chase. Not sure if I should call back or not.

Thank you for your reply. We have not signed the contract yet. So they
should replace this mitigation system and have another test. Do they pay the
fee for another test or I pay the fee? If it is still too high, then I hope
that I should be able to walk away from the contract. The other way is they
fix this before signing the contract. I am not sure how fast this
mitigation system can be replaced. Thanks a lot!

call them now, if i haven't called them, i think i will get the deny letter
soon.

Just called. They just want to make sure it is a genuine application. The
new card will be on its way.
