Sorry, can't type Chinese now.
Urgent, need to make the decision this afternoon. We found a good bilingual
family care as well as a goo bilingual formal preschool. Student teacher
ratio, distance, etc are all good. My son's been staying home with the nanny
, 22 mo now. Which one would be a better fit? If family care, when he's
about 3 we'll send him to preschool anyway, but I guess family care less
chance to get sick??

这个high skilled workers包括谁，谁是low skilled workers

看上一房子，房子外面的fence上检查出termite, 非常靠近墙了。房子上没发现
，房子里也没有发现damage. Inspector建议做treatment.
这样的房子应该要seller降多少钱（假设房价是75万）？主要是考虑resale, 一旦做了treatment, resale的时候是必须disclose的。

my life experience - go to family care.
my first one went to pre-school directly in 2.5 years old
my second one went to family care 22 months and preschool at 3.

应该是只你自己的学历。硕士和博士也有做3类的工作

if the house is in a good school district, typically, the seller would agree
on paying for the treatment, but the seller would not lower the price at
all.

了treatment, resale的时候是必须disclose的。

跟我家情况一样，也是院子里发现房子里没事。我们是seller出钱治，治理了才可以卖
。没因此降价。好像就是围着房子打一圈药。我们的agent说这都在合同里写好的，你
看看你们的是怎么写的啊。

好像合同里没写关于termite的事。另外我们当初出价高了（着急买），现在心里不舒
服。这房子房主maintain得也不好。屋顶快到年头了，热水器，furnace，电冰箱，洗
衣机，烘干机也旧得该换了。想趁机砍一下价。

it doesn't hurt to try.. or get out of the contract completely..
but if the house is in a good school district and the seller is not in some
sort of dire financial situation, i doubt the seller would do much more than
paying for the treatment.
you're buying a 2nd hand house, the seller is not under any obligation to
deliver a new house to you.
