前几天给他们电话refinance,lock 了3%,15年fixed rate. 但是收到Good Faith
Estimate后发现Estimated Settlement Charge A+B = $1924 + $4515 = $6439.觉得他
们很黑啊。又给其他agent打过电话，还是差不多。
大侠们有没有更低charge 的地方啊。谢谢。

GFE里面的费用不用当真,都是over-estimate.

ignore GFE, 还是以它家的agent给你的条件为准, 同时参考lock confirmation上的
rebate是多少

直接找Wells Fargo应该没有no cost refi的选项，并且他们的rate是含1个point的。

不是很多。但也有一些。跟中国人多少有关系吗？

找中国agent，中国agent原理上都是利薄多做，可以做no cost。老美是宰一个算一个。
re-fi不是no cost，做有啥意思？你付的closing cost，靠每个月省的那几个利息，要
cover怎么也得5年8年的吧？

Wells Fargo's Refi rate is usually 0.25% higher than the lowest rate from
other smaller lenders or brokers. Sometimes, they add your closing costs to
the loan amount and tell you there is no closing cost. You should check your
GFE very carefully.
