请教：遇到骗子中介想中指合同.但不想做 inspection啦.
合同：
within 15 days from contract date, buyer may have property inspected by
state or county linseed person(s)dealing in inspection or home inspection to
determine if there are any defects. At any time within the 15 days buyer
may terminate contract by notifying seller, in writing, that inspection(s)
are not satisfactory to buyer. buyer will recieve a refund of deposit.
我已经singed a termination form.
For the termination reason: changed mind.
我能fully refund?

more details pls?! what 骗子中介? i don't think that "changed mind" is a
good reason for termination. even if that is the true reason, you still
should say something else like dis-satisfied about inspection result.

中介告诉我，房利美的房我能收到１０％off. 她让我付１０％as deposit. I
doubted about it. And asked her whether or not I can receive 10% price
benefit for my another property. She said only the property from Fannie Mae
will give this kind of benefit. When I sign the contract, she still
explained I can receive 10% price reduce (benefit).After i sign the contract
, I went back to read carefully the contract and seems no this part, so, I
emailed her again and then she denied!
she said my 10% deposit as downpay!

Please guide:
I do not want cost to inspect it by professional inspector. so, I can write
dis-satisfied about inspection result?
