上次抢砖石漏洞申的，虽然没给砖石，但是2晚的房间给了。这个卡我2011年2月申过，
拿过一次2 free nights, 11年11月关的. 这次chase居然hyatt号都没换(申请时没填).

My agent gave 1.5K closing credit.
Lender gives 1K lender credit. 我感觉lender's credit is just a gimmick, 就是本来1000 块的东西卖 2000， 然后说给你1000 的返回， 好像是让你占了便宜似的。 我的理解对不对？
I asked lender to give me GFE on 15 year, 20 year and 30 years.
15 year: 3.375%
20 year: 3.75%
30 year: 3.875%
