最近在北维30y fixed refinance有能做到3.625的吗？问了几个agent，最好都只能到3

if only 0.125 difference, it is not worth to do. Keep in mind, lenders need
to verify if the refinance will benefit the borrower by calculating the
closing cost and GFE.
In CA, 3.625% is very common now.

我也是这么想的，看来还得再等等。除非能降至少0。25，要不然就不reiancne了。
