看公司吧。一般来说，你拒过的公司，不会拒绝考虑再给你一次offer
据过你的公司,没有特别原因不会短期内反复在同样的人上面浪费时间.

I got high balance amount. But my loan broker still give 3.875% as always
since last month. She said the rate has to be dropped 0.125% so that the
bank can change to 3.75% to borrower. Why?

Most lender only have 1/8 (discrete case), for example: 3.875%, 3.75%, 3.625%

So it means when the rate dropped but not enough to reduce the rate for the
borrower, the mortgage company or the broker get more commission, right?
Does this mean that under this situation, some "good" mortgage company or
broker will give some credit?
