针对 diagnosed special need 的3 或者4 岁的小孩
不知道有没有人知道这样的program？
再考虑要不要带女儿参加这样的program,女儿刚刚4岁，说话有些不不清楚，现在正在
做speech therapy

新手买房，请教大家，如果用华人的贷款代理，有没有什么tricky的地方。听说他们提
供no cost closing，为了省钱，会雇佣相熟的律师办理手续，不知道有没有可能造成
title的问题。谢谢

It probably varies. I heard good things about public school special needs
program, from one of my former co-workers. You/your spouse probably knows
what is best for your kid.

对同胞没信心？

There are still some good programs, however, it really takes a lot of
efforts to find out which ones are top.
If "diagnosed special need" is the result of a non-school psychologist,you
will still have to go through the school evaluation process (google IEP).
The district may not acknowledge it.
Even for the ongoing speech therapy, you need to try to find out the best
ones.
The quality of the service varies a lot among different vendors or programs.

记着买owner's title insurance，找不找同胞都一样。
我家refinance找的同胞，一点问题没有。
