议员前几天得到的回复：USCIS records confirm that your constituents’ Form I-
485 cases are pending
at the Nebraska Service Center (NSC) and are in line to be assigned to an
officer. Because Form I-485 cases are worked on a first in, first out basis,
we are currently unable to determine the date on which these cases will be
adjudicated.
还没给officer。真不知啥时侯才能轮到我

台湾的鸟agent唧唧歪歪，早就该fire掉，这种事当断不断，必留后患。Seller的那些
无理要求一个都不能答应，如果已经open escrow,seller退出是要付出代价的。看见那
些鸵鸟，还什么说应该答应，我简直无语了。你TMD的，有点骨气好不好。
我总是以最坏的恶意来想象agent,实事也正是了这是非常正确的。你自己买房子，自己
的感觉最重要，别被别人影响了。不想赚钱，拉倒。TMD,房子多的是，怕个鸟呀。
这种TMD的什么，你贷款晚了4天，影响seller买一下一个房子这么狗屁的话，说给谁听
？买房子，贷款耽误今天很正常,至少50%以上的sale都要这里耽误那里耽误。4天算少
的，一般extend都是至少10天。
如果这样买房子，你就算买了也一肚子窝囊气，你还住的舒服吗？

站着说话不腰疼，“我们自己看好了房，熟人推荐的realtor（台湾人），2天价格谈妥
，4月24号签的合同”，这时候如果fire 了agent，这房子就买不成了。看样子买家还
是想买这个房子的。

如果你一棵树上吊死，那别人怎么宰你，你都只有认了。
其实再找个agent很容易，卖家又不是说非要这个agent,那个不行

Not for this particular property.
For this property, the TW agent has the procuring cause, no matter who takes
over the job to complete the sale, the TW agent is entitled full 100%
commission, and the new agent makes nothing.
The OP can fire the TW agent to get a new agent to get another house.
