quote 了几家，state farm的rate最低，但是coverage也最低。
别家的dwelling coverage都基本上和我的purchase price 相差不远，
他家的只有purchae price的70%左右，给他们打电话问原因，他们说那个是他们估计
的rebuild房子要的价格，没有考虑地价，学区任何因素。如果让他门把coverage调
到和房价一样高，那估价就比别家高了。
我因为auto insurance也是用的state farm的，所以还是想考虑他家
不知道版上有没有人在用他家的home insurance，是不是也是coverage比purchase
price底很多？

The coverage is the maximum amount they will pay if for example house got
wiped out; Even though the odds are very low, I would still prefer a higher
coverage just for a peaceful of mind.

我用的state farm，cover得确实只有买价的70%多。我又花钱多cover了点，觉得还是
算比较便宜的。

You can always tell the State farm agent that you want to insure the house
at the purchase price.
But what is the point? If the house gets destroyed, will they pay you at the
purchase price, or just at the rebuild cost?

我个人感觉coverage不需要很多，你可以查查看建造新房需要多少钱，不同地方的房屋
价格主要在地上，地价是不需要保险的。
