楼下一个卫生间墙里面的水管破裂，打开灰板发现有发霉。先找了水管工来修好了，同
时报保险公司，准备除霉，结果发现Mold的部分只有5000块的保额。问Agent，说是都
这样，有些保险公司还不保这个。。。
