上周二做完inspection，周四收到报告，周一一早我们的attny发给对方，大致列举了7
、8项内容。因为当时合约同时sold as is but with structural and environmental
contingency。我们的realtor几乎每天都会去跟对方跟进一下。昨天回了话说明确两样
东西不修了。因为chimney有mortar damage，涉及到structural，我们让realtor去问
清楚，对方realtor貌似不满了，发对方邮件跟我们realtor说：
I sent you an outline to show we are moving aggressively to investigate
numerous areas. It is the right of every seller to seek professional
opinions before making any responses. Going forward I feel it appropriate
that all questions and inquiries go through their attorney and then to our
attorney.
总之就是让我们等着，等他们一个个查完了再回复。所以inspection完了以后交涉只能
全部由律师协调吗？
我们想做好二手准备，让我们realtor带我们继续看房，结果她说I cannot take you
guys out to see more homes when we are under contract on another home.有没有
这种说法啊？
这个seller搞死了，但是真心喜欢那个房，性价比也算不错，目前还在忍。。。

合同上有deadline吧？我们两次都是差不多最后一分钟收到的回复

Just be patient.
agent不可能带你去看别的房子的。一个是职业道德，另一个是谁愿意做无用功？

我们耐心等待。我们其实就是想有个back up，要万一万一这个黄了，好给其他上的房
子马上下offer，就不会耽误时间了。
这个seller跟他的realtor经常干一些让让无语的事情，找的attny还是兼职的（人家的
全职工作是法官），paralegal每周三还不上班。。。
哎呀，我们realtor真是大好人啊，她一大早给我邮件说“I was thinking of you two
and how much u guys want a home. I don't usually do this cause it really is
not right....but.....since it could be a while before we get final report,
yes, let's see some other homes”。这个中年大妈虽然话唠一点，但是还是个热心
人。

现在你的AGENT当然可以带你看房子呀，也是应该的。你现在要是看中一个房子，不就
更加有底气了吗？我怎么就的你的agent不对劲？
seller现在是在拖时间，说是在寻找专业意见---这个你可以相信，确实seller有权咨
询专业意见。

俺们这个agent大妈经常有点墙头草。
就是因为觉得对方在拖，所以打算继续看，觉得会被他们拖死的。
个人感觉希望不大，没见过这么拖泥带水的estate sale。

先想清楚你expect什么(从inspection report),credit or repair?
看来很难从这个seller身上拿到太多的credit.
如果合同里有inspection contingency,奉劝你及早move on.否则也许更麻烦的还在后
面.
