30-year fixed, Loan amount: $500k, 20% downpay, excellent credit score. 我们
买的是Condo. 银行给了4% 加半个point的credit. 看到版上大家都能拿到4%以下, 我
这个是不是高了. 银行的解释是因为我的贷款额高(super conforming), 并且是condo,
所以高一点. 求建议.

我觉得利率还是高了，你的情况应该可以拿到3.75%左右。

I dont know other state. But if you are in CA, I just checked the rate for
you. YOu should be able to get 3.875% with 0.5 point back based on last
friday's rate for Condo, if your LTV80 and FICO 740+.

Thanks much. I locked the rate about 1 month ago and the rate has been
dropping. That's probably why. It doesn't seems too much off.
