求助： counter offer 的条件是否应同意？# Living

前日给的offer的房子现在卖主给回了counter offer, 我们当时给的已是listing
price, 所以价格没变。 但是提出下面的条件：
1. All contingencies to be removed within 7 days after acceptance.
2. All service to be seller's choice.
3. The property is sold in AS IS condition.
4. Other terms & conditions are remained.
请问这些条件是否应该同意？ 里面有什么问题或不利于买方的吗？
据说这个counter offer 不光是给我们一个买主的， 还给了别的买主，因为这个房子
当时有几个offer.
