今天在walgreens转悠，发现一张卡可以给paypal充值最多500，开卡费3.95，试了一下
，可以用credit card。也就是说这是一种新的通过paypal刷信用卡的方式？有人提到
过么。我平常搞的不多，偶尔申请新卡有消费需求。

07/23/12 locked rate. Then received a new GFE that mentions the following:

1. The interest rate for this GFE is available through 8/13/2012 12 am.
After this time, the interest rate, some of your loan Origination Charges,
and the monthly payment shown below can change until you lock interest rate.
2. After you lock your interest rate, you must go to the settlement within
15 days (your rate lock period) to receive the locked interest rate.

Why in item 1, it says 8/13/2012, but in item 2. it says "within 15 days"?
What does item 2 mean? Does that mean I need to close the escrow within 15
days? Or it just mean I need to sign the doc within 15 days? Which day is
the last day?

paypal唯一的不好就是特容易封账号，然后里面的钱半年拿不出来。要打无数电话才能
把关了之后的钱拿出来。

看上去只锁了15天的rate， 如果是的话1里面的时间就是个mistake，1里面的时间应该
是rate lock有效的最后一天，除非是有人把15天这个数字写错了，锁的是21天左右的
rate。
问一下出GFE的人吧。
