其中有一条
We, individually and jointly do hereby indemnify First American Title
Company, its officers and employees against loss by reason of accepting,
depositing and/or disbursing these funds and/or complying with our
instructions hereunder.
其不是说escrow要是把钱弄丢了也没有任何责任？
