卖家基本可以任何时候退出。如果卖家退出，押金可以拿回来。如果买家退出，看合同
条款。

很多。google debit card foreign atm fee 一般只有1%的就是没有.

若只为了取款免手续费的话，
只开Cash Management就可以。
注意：

你再看看，有时是如1的网页，只有cash management的开户链接。
有时没有，就是如2的网页。。。
