家里就两口人，经常请朋友到家聚会，不太会做菜，烤肉相对简单。
什么牌子比较好？
另外炉子低下的气罐可以常年放在外面吗？夏天不会晒爆吧？
多少炉眼合适，10个人的聚会，炉眼2或4？
清洁方便吗？

唯有weber
识别方法很简单，敲敲歪脖的铁皮就知道了。
烤炉我个人不喜欢用气的，不过气的也有气的方便之处。

以前用的烤炉清理起来太麻烦了。什么烤炉比较容易收拾？

if you can wait, there will be clearance in Sep/Oct.
for safety, you have to put the gas tank outside of your house, and also,
you can not use the grill in an enclosed space. If you do not have a cabana,
you can get a cover for your grill (so it also covers the tank).
if the food is mainly prepared by the grill, you need 4 burners
for Americans, they just preheat the grill, and brush off the burned carbon
off the grill. For Chinese, people often cover the grill by kitchen foil
before preparing the food, it is a lot easier to clean with foils.

10个人的聚会,得买大点的.3个火眼以上,越多越好

自家的grill,cover 锡箔纸没必要.油滴到下面烤糊了的烟也是flavor的重要来源.
