我们刚结婚，现在在DIY表格，准备写得差不多了，找律师过一遍，然后就补补材料就
可以把申请的package送出去了。现在看精华区的各位前辈的攻略，有一个不太明白
要讲到要到哪个service center的时候，有这么一句
“1. If you live in state of Maryland, then you need to send everything to
Vermont Service Center.
2. If you live other states than MD, then you need to send everything to you
LOCAL OFFICE (address can be found at USCIS website)”
可是我在USCIS网站上找不到confirm。请大家指点一下，在哪里可以找到这个？

see latest I-130 and I-485 instructions. (file to correct address with
correct fees because address and fees had changed several times in past
several years, don't use old info)
