真是无奈，condo shortsale银行同意了，但是association fee前任房主和银行欠了很
多，马
上到due date了小区还是不同意，有什么方法能解决么？

for shortsale, 大部分情况下买主得付HOA欠债.

让HOA少收点，你付给HOA，让银行降一些价补偿你。

就是和几方面都讨价还价。砍点是点。
买condo就是烦啊。我还在想我买房的时候好像根本没去问过association同意不同意……

嗯，我家就是我们最后多付了几千给HOA才close的。

If the house goes to foreclosure, HOA back pay will be clear. You can
negotiate with HOA to see if you can pay partial of back payment only. HOA
does not like foreclosure because they will get nothing.

Thanks. Yeah,I told them,but they seems resolute. Don't want to miss it so
it is quite a dilimma.
