我从一个非营利机构跳到目前一所学校工作，跳槽前是H1B，目前新H1B 还在pending
中，学校不愿出钱加急。刚看到一个心仪的房子，该区房子出去很快。我还在犹
豫出不出offer
我有file 新H1B的receipt notice，我的学校说只要有receipt工作也没有问题。
我担心贷款由于没有正式批准的H1B notice 而受阻。有知道的同学说说我这种情况贷
款有没问题？

如果在close之前可以拿到H1B paper, 没问题, 否则建议还是别冒那个险.

Valid H1B不是每个lender都可以做。

without valid H1B, your file will be suspended till you show the valid visa.
receipt doesn't count. I have a file being rejected exactly like your
situation. Lender said IRS's waiting time is hard to control so they must
make sure they continue to underwriting till they receive the final one.

Your current company is the sponsor for your H1B, previous one will not
count. H1B has to be bonded with your employer.

看来我只有想办法加急处理 H1B 是正道。这种情况，单位如果不出钱，我自己可以出
钱加急么？
