H1B的title是manager,现在的title是analyst, 140 application填的也是analyst.这
样将来file 485的时候会不会有问题阿？

当sump pit的水位到达一定的位置，sump pump开始工作，但是总会留一定的水位。里
面的水都生锈了，想把水全部清干净。大家有什么好办法？

You should ask your attorney. Your future proposed job title is analyst, now
your title is manager.
When you file 485, your employer needs to say that you are hired as a
analyst in the EVL. But it should not be a problem for you if your attorney
deals with this correctly.

Let me be clear, it is OK if your employer says you are a manager when you
file 485, but you need to ask your attorney.
The problem is the job description rather than "demotion". You have done
your market test in PERM to prove that your job description cannot be
performed by an American citizen, now the whole green card is based on that
assumption.
You should ask your attorney.

给你个参考: 我家的去年总是有水, 今年不知道什么时候开始就干了.
我在版上问过. 后来我问了下邻居, 他说是今年雨水少, 土壤干,所以
水就没了. 也就是说不同的年份, 情况有区别. 你那里可能今年雨水多?

嗯，你说的有道理。
那个sump pump只能抽到一定的水位，总有一部分水残留在那里。水长期残留在那里，
肯定要生锈。想把那部分锈水弄干净，这样至少秋天雨水少的时候，可以让sump pit底
部干燥，pump也不用浸泡在水里。

泡水里没事, 不用担心. 好象是几年要换一个..

It's supposed to be completely submerge :)
The oxygen diminish fast when it goes deeper under water. And so, less rust.
The parts around the water level actually rust the fastest.
