屋子里面的东西应该rental insurance cover
如果你的lease里面房客负责付的utility里面写了rental insurance, 那么对方打官司
是打不赢的
没有写的话，他告你就比较头疼了，可能会判你赔一部分
所以上次我说要整理一个lease附加条款pool的。。。
