银行只给5kcredit么？这个好像很难cover你的所有closing cost.
closing cost和你的贷款额很有关系，因为closing cost里面的很多项是贷款额的一个
固定的%--当然还和你的location有关，因为各个地方的transfer taxes and
recording fee等等都不一样

lz需要把credit和closing cost进行比较，看credit是否cover closing cost. 如果
credit少的话，利率也低--所以是个trade off

In (southern) Ca, owner's title insurance and transfer tax is usually paid
by seller.
You only need to buy lender's title insurance if you have loan. Your title
agent will work on behalf of tile company to collect premium.
