inspection说房子整体倾斜了2inch,所以还没看到cracks.inspector说要找结构工程师
看,但是才九年的房子啊,不知道值不值得再花那个钱,其他各方面都很好,尤其学期
。不知道和当地地质有无关系。是不是houston的大部分房子都有这个问题。
inspector说如果九年前建的时候就这样,这九年间没有变化就还行,但是如果是九年
里慢慢斜的绝对不能要。是这样的么?大家的房子都是完全水平的么,尤其这么新的。
将来卖会有问题么?

我现在都不大敢用OLAY的东西了,那个quench擦了后浑身亮晶晶的,好是恐怖.

你这个描述有点不清楚。我的inspection report写的标准是10个feet偏差不能超过1/8
inch。我也在houston.

Using the fireplace as a benchmark, the inspector used a digital water level
to determine if the slab is level to within tolerances by taking
measurements at each exterior wall of most rooms. In relation to the area
near the baseline, the following heights were found:
a. Breakfast room at rear elevation is 7/10” lower
b. Left elevation is 6/10” lower
c. Front left elevation, diningroom, is 5/10” lower
d. Front right elevation, office, is 5/10” lower
e. Rear elevation, master bedroom is 3/10” lower
f. Master bathroom, right elevation is 4/10” lower
These measurements show that the slab was poured, finished
and remains relatively level to within standard tolerances of 1/8”
differential within 10’.

建议你还是pass。
