Conforming Loan Limit

In Los Angeles county, the loan amount greater than 625500 will no be
purchased by Fannie Mai.
It will stay in lender book and become portfolio loan.

conforming loan又分为conforming和super conforming, 每个地区有自己的limit.
一般来说super conforming 的rate比conforming的rate稍高一点

417K是一条线，625.5K是另一条，高于625.5K的loan是jumbo loan了，各大银行都只能
自己hold，两房是不买这样的mortgage的。
