我发现最近开工的新房很多，于是经常周末开着车在一些小区里巡视正在建设中的房屋
。还没建好的可以看看美国这边的建设过程和用料，以及对房屋结构有个初步了解。快
建好的会有的还没来得及封门，这时可以进去溜达一圈看看装修用料，房屋布局，有无
gas，采光情况等等。碰上还在干活的老莫打个招呼简单聊聊，不过一般他们回答不了
什么你感兴趣的问题。
碰上锁了门的，但是看外形，外墙和地理位置又比较合适的可以直接打插在那里的
realtor牌子上的电话询问一下该房的情况，如果你想要他们tour就让他们跑一趟，我
碰到的一次是他告诉我garage卷闸门的密码，然后我就自己可以进去看了。
到现在还没去取pre approval，因为两年之内的hardpull太多，担心做鉴定又受影响，

我在新泽西中部，新房好像很少的,动不动就是1950 build，当然新一点的也有，贵:(
这种老房子能住嘛？石棉、含铅油漆，还有啥potential problems?石棉是不是1970年
代后的房子好些
