offer被接受了估计也买贵了几千块也打算不管这个要了这个房子市场上合适的房
子也很少
那么下一步要注意些什么呢? 可以要求和agent再次visit这个房子吗？在deposit这个
保证金之前？

Have inspectors to look at the house and get reports. You can reduce the
price based on their reports.

我晚点在给agent打个电话好了。确实这个人很不得力。
另外，我需要什么时候找律师？我也不懂loan的事情，我可以向工作单位借到钱，现
在只有3% 但是只是浮动的利率。这样以后等半年（现在事情很多的感觉没精力到外边
一家家银行问），我想另外找银行lock rate （固定利率），是不是要重新交closing
fee什么的？这样不合算？

说实话我的agent我都还没见到过。他要朋友陪我去看得房子
等下一定要求他明天陪我再看一次，哎

没买过，但我想下一步应该抓紧时间：
1. shop around lenders to get the best mortgage rate & closing cost with a
complete good faith estimate. then choose one of them and try to finish it
as soon as possible.
2. get an honest and professional inspector who is not possibly bribed by
home seller or the builder.
