最近有人找Bank of America做的购房贷款吗？感觉怎样？
我的开户银行是Bank of America.所以找他们做的pre-qualified letter.
经手的loan officer是在德州的，算是远程。但是动作还挺快，电话email回复都很及
时。
所以，原来考虑也可以找她做贷款。
但是我周围的同事，以及买房的经纪人，以及律师，个个都强烈建议我不要找Bank of
America做。说他们以前很好，这两年变得非常糟糕，特别慢，而且今年可能贷款这一
块会有大变化。还说，loan officer其实只是sales person,只管忽悠，真正开始贷款
了，就变得非常慢。
可是我的loan officer回复我说：“I will be handling your loan from start to
finish with a processor helping me order appraisal, etc. I do the entire
file myself. We have no issues on your timeline of the closing and frankly
can close much sooner. ”
所以，我有点纠结。不知道该不该和她继续？
