卖家接受了offer，会了一个counter offer，上面这么说的：
Buyers contingencies stated in paragraphs 10&14 are deemed removed 10 days
from acceptance with no further extension of rights & without the need for
seller to provide a notice to buyer to perform and /or a contingency removal
form.
这是啥意思啊？
原来下offer是，那些contingency都是标准的，啥都没改。
agent跟我说没啥区别，就是10天的inspection， 17天的loan。
请懂得能帮忙看看吗，谢谢了！

中国到温哥华转美国？
不符合TWOV条件，需要加拿大transit visa或tourist visa

that means you will have no protection after 10 days. if you can not get the
loan you need, you will lose your EM. if your appraisal coming back low,
you will have either put more down to close it or withdraw but losing your
EM. these are just some possibilities for you. this is really hush. how much
EM are you going to put?
