卖房还是出租?

要搬家到外州,小房子自己只住了一年多,在考虑是要卖呢,还是找property management
company打理出租?
不知道这种property management company每个月费用多少? 不然在外州要是东西坏了
什么的打电话找房东岂不麻烦? 有知道的同学分享一下吗?

They usually charge 5-10% of your rent and will make up the rest by over-
charging you for repairs.

那我可以不可以再签约一个维修公司专门负责维修的?
还是必须只通过property company?

property company一般都有自己的旱地蛮。
当然了，你要是想自己再找一个专门负责修缮，没问题的。

出租，房市正在好转，坚持一年就能上不少

Then why do you go through a property management company? I would NOT trust
them for finding you a tenant. The only value they bring is for property
repairs.

How about finding a tenant. If a tenant delay his rent or will not pay rent,
what you going to do?

看来确实比较麻烦. 也是,遇到难搞的就不好办了.
