My company has a few Software Engineer openings. We primarily use Java/
Groovy/Spring/MySQL/MongoDB. You don't have to be an expert in all of them,
but proficiency in Java is strongly preferred. If you are interested, please
send a copy of your up-to-date resume to jianbao.tao[*AT*]gmail-dot-com. We
prefer candidates who can start working immediately. Bay-area local is a
plus.

本来星期四的，现在 seller 要搞到周三提前一天。
为啥周四 close 最好阿？

他们怕出问题，周五还能找人。周五closing要出问题就只能等下周一了。

actually the seller is closing on the home they purchase on Thurs.

没觉得周四是最佳closing时间呀？purchase的话，如果能保证周四当天把签字的文件
over night出来，那么rate lock expiration date在周五就可以了。不过，估计也没
有人这么冒险，万一lender 没及时收到就麻烦了。
很多purchase会选择周五close，周末可以搬家。:P

不用做清洁么？我们打算close 以后半个与月才搬家。。。
