比如，niw，485被拒，回国，过两年过来做访问学者，再用以前的140交485，有问题吗

过两年过来做访问学者，除非你持H1b签证，否则，你如果持J1，F签证或者旅游签证的
话，100%被拒签，因为你有移民倾向。

有很多朋友被裁，之前都申请了绿卡，后来转成B2和F，都被批准了。看来很多东西也
不绝对。

Do you friends go aboard and come back? as far as I know, Changing the visa
in US is fine while there is issue when they leave US, then come back with
non-immigrant visa

问过律师这个问题，485一般不会被拒。
就是拒了，表示不符合境内从非移民身份转移民身份。
和140没关系，140一直有效。
根据被拒原因，可以到领事馆签证
或者出入境一次再递485

有可能。他们先转成b2或者 f1，找到工作再转成 h1 b ，中间不离开。
