Yes. You can still bargain. It really depends on the situation and you need
to use some strategies on the price negotiation. I was able to cut about 8%
for a new to market property with below market asking price on a hot market.

。 在递合同之前， 你和你的代理应该了解周围相似房屋的卖价， 用此作为比较。 如
果没有offer， 你可以降价。 如果此房有multiple offers， 你肯定没有讲价的余地
了。
