刚刚拿到inspection 报告, 主要问如下。 现在是我们让seller去修, 如果他们说不
想修, 返给我们credit, 那么我们需要找专业人士估价么? 这个价钱如何确定?
估价需要费用么, 大概是多少?
有类似问题的朋友,但是大概都顾得多少钱?
大家都是怎么处理这个价钱的? 急问,option pending 没有几天了。

1. Grading and Drainage
a. Gutters draining too close to the structure
b. Extension is recommended at downspout to allow water to drain further
away from the home (Page 5)
2. Some glass panes are loose, damaged or missing (Front window )
3 Outlet and Switches
a. Extension cords are being used as permanent wiring in one or more areas
b. Loose exposed wiring in attic where fan was
c. No AFCI
4. Exterior Plumbing
a. Exterior hose spigots do not have code approved anti-back flow devices
installed
b. Unable to turn on back yard hose bib. Handle is frozen and won’t move
5. Sprinkler system
a. The absence or improper installation of anti-siphon devices and back flow
preventer
b. Adjust heads to avoid spraying on brick siding
c. Some heads appear not to be working
