在网上申请的，卡号是3727开头。卡拿到后，从白金卡里面成功转了200块钱。但是今
天转钱就无法成功，显示“For security reasons, we're currently unable to
complete your request. To fix this, please call Account Protection Services
at 1-800-555-4318, available 24/7.” 请问大家有遇到一样的问题吗。

Many customers ask about the GFE. Actually if your agent told you it is no
cost refinance, you can just ignore the GFE.

作为mortgage broker, 我们只知道lender 费用，其他是估计

GFE（Good Faith Estimate）是贷款银行所预估关于您的房屋贷款各项费用的估价明细
表。在GFE上列明的开销通常包括以下几部分:
• 贷款银行的费用(Lender Charge)
这一类收费因lender而异，但是固定的，包括Appraisal fee和Lender Underwriting
Fee，总数通常在$1200~$1500左右。有的lender还会收Tax Service Fee, Flood
Certification Fee, Wiring Fee等等，有的lender则是将这些费用一股脑包括在
Underwriting Fee中完事儿。
这里需要指出的是，2010年开始实施的GFE表格，将lender的和underwriting相关的费
用归类为Origination Charge（即GFE中的Block A）的一部分了。
• 产权费用(title service and lender's title insurance)
这一类收费因选的escrow/title公司而异，通常包括Escrow Fee(也称为Settlement
Fee)，Lender's Title Insurance（也称为Lender's Policy），及Notary Fee。
• 政府收费(RECORDING FEES及RECORDATION/TRANSFER TAX)
这一类的收费因为是政府的收费，不管哪家mortgage broker来做贷款都是一样的。
Recording Fee是由房子所在的County来收取，一般是按要record文件的页数来收，通
常在$100～$180左右。
• 向贷款银行预付的款项 (initial deposit for your escrow account)
• 一年的保险费(Homeowner's insurance)
