如果是这样就最好了，这是要和lender商量还是和agent商量？

tell your agent to write an addendum use wording as following:
1. seller to reduce the contracted price by $2000.00;
2. seller to reduce selling agent commission by $2000.00;
3. selling agent to credit buyer $xxxx.00 at closing for buyer's allowable
closing cost.
For #3, use the amount that you lender allows to use for your closing costs.
This is the correct way to do without any trouble and for seller, it will
save them a little bit of tax and commission so they normally will do it.
give it a try.

银行给你开的账户，把你的一些钱放进去。
里面的钱用来pay property tax等。
