降级吗？多久能批下来？谢谢。

是象名字那样是dry rot的吗？怎么看wiki说实际也是fungi导致的，那一定有一定的
moisture才行啊.dry rot的房子敢买吗？

换了雇主，只能重新走PERM，再申EB3的140。

Dry rot是指进水又干，不断反复，造成木头坏掉。
