[Update]今天Chase说也可以lock3.375%，fee比citi低大概一千，另外再给700块
credit，如果用chase的checking account来付每月的mortgage payment，另外再给1%
cash rebate。Citi说只能免掉800块的application fee。大家说应该弃Citi投Chase吗
？Citi昨天刚做了appraisal，还没有收任何钱。

非常好了，high balance，20% down，30年固定能做到3.5%。没point的话，就扑过去
吧。

我们从来没有申请费。
利率不错。

申请贷款,一般都不会收application fee的,那个$850是不是lender fee(or UW fee).

这个是直接和银行(Citi)申请的，它叫application fee。

even with these fee, it's still too good to be true. 一定还有其他的cost. 和
大银行打交道还是小心点.

appraisal fee 是不是和房价有关啊？至于律师费，application fee真的挺便宜的

可能有什么陷阱吗？我房子都close，昨天close的，对这些费也没太大概念，NY,15年
fixed，2.5%， application fee 899，还有些别的啥费用
