The agent asks me to sign a LEAD-BASED PAINT AND LEAD-BASED PAINT Hazard
disclosure in California
He said taht it is normal and I should sign it.
Is it really normal? Since this is a REO house, the seller will not provide
lead paint testing report. How can I do the lead paint testing by myself?
How much is that?

老房子出租，就是让你签一下房主免责那种
我以前也签过类似的东西啊

正常程序，人家有责任告诉你这个房子含铅或者可能含铅或者不知道有没有,这叫
disclosure
告诉你之后，他们要你签字，他们存档，表示他们已经尽了责任，你已经知道了他们告
诉你的情况
同时，你在人家告诉你这个实情之后，可以考虑决定要不要这个房子
要么你说你担心，不要了
要么你继续交易，表示你要们不在乎，要么在乎但是自己负责后续处理，总之以后你不
能因为铅的事情找他们麻烦，他们已经告诉你了
你可以让人家出证明，但是希望渺茫，因为做个full house lead inspection挺贵的
当然你可以要求人家让你自己出钱做，不过就看人家同意不同意你做了，卖家可能没兴
趣等你做，或者担心做检查要破坏性取样，或者担心做出结果是有，他们必须明确告诉
下个买家有铅不能含糊的说不知道
70年代前的房子油漆都可能含铅
